What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items if you simply change your mind. However, if your item is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt for assistance.

What is your refund policy?

If your return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions about your refund, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer delivery within Australia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
